The World of Angels Lesson 1

The World of Angels (Lesson 1) covers three questions. First, "Do Angels Really Exist? Angels are real spiritual beings who were created by God. Jesus spoke off the existence of angels and angels are mentioned in at least 34 books of the Bible from Genesis to Revelation.

The second question is: "What are Angels Like?" Angels are created spiritual beings who have intelligence, emotions and a will. There are different types of angels including seraphim and cherubim angels. Angels are organized and Michael is the only angel called an archangel (Jude 9). Believers and children have a guardian angel assigned to them.

The third question is: " What Do Angels Do?" Angels have a number of ministries related to various individuals and groups such as their ministry to Jesus and believers. Some angels have a ministry to the nations of the world, while the archangel Michael is a guardian of the nation of Israel. Angels are also involved in God's judgments on unbelievers and will act as reapers who separate the believers from unbelievers at the end of the church age.
