The Work of the Holy Spirit in Salvation (Lesson 3)

Lesson 3 from Dr. Ryrie's book, "A Survey of Bible Doctrine" by Dr. Kim Simmons from Parkway Church in Victoria, Texas. This lesson explores the work of the Holy Spirit in salvation including five major areas: the conviction of the Holy Spirit; regeneration (new birth) given by the Spirit and the baptism of the Spirit, which forms the body of Christ (1 Corinthians 12:13). We also look at the permanent indwelling of the Spirit for believers today and the sealing ministry of the Holy Spirit. This lesson provides important evidence for the eternal security of believers based upon these key words in the New Testament.
